EDWARDS NAMED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AT TREDEGAR
RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 28, 2003 – Tredegar Corporation (NYSE:TG) has named D. Andrew Edwards chief financial officer. Mr. Edwards is also vice president and treasurer.
Mr. Edwards joined Tredegar as corporate controller in 1992. He was named treasurer in 1997 and elected vice president in 1998. Before joining Tredegar, he was a general practice manager in the Richmond office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A certified public accountant, Mr. Edwards has a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Richmond and an M.S. degree in accounting from the University of Virginia.
