Ms. Cummings joined Tredegar in 2002 as director of human resources. In July she was also named director of human resources for Tredegar Film Products, the company's films subsidiary.

Prior to joining Tredegar, Ms. Cummings was vice president of human resources and organization development at Luck Stone Corporation. Previously she served in various positions at Circuit City Stores and GTE Corporation.

Ms. Cummings has a B.S. degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
