Prior to rejoining Tredegar, Mr. Giancaspro served as the director of finance and treasurer at the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities and also as executive vice president of Aim Technologies, a start-up market research firm focused on mergers and acquisitions. He worked for Tredegar from 1989 to 2000 in a variety of positions and most recently was vice president of corporate development.

Mr. Giancaspro received a B.S. degree in business administration from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also a certified public accountant.
