Because Tredegar is a portfolio of businesses, actual benefit packages may differ between businesses and locations. The specific benefits received by the employees of each of our companies and locations are defined by the benefit package documents applicable to the respective company and location.
My Money
Cash Compensation
Our compensation system is designed to establish and maintain pay levels that will attract, retain and motivate the high caliber workforce necessary for the continued success of Tredegar. Your pay will be strongly influenced by the results you deliver as well as the company's performance.
401(k) Savings Plan
Our 401(k) savings plan allows you to contribute, usually up to 75% of your base pay into a variety of investment options. Your contribution is made with pre-tax dollars. Tredegar generally matches $1.00 for every dollar you contribute, up to the first 5% of your base pay. The match is invested in Tredegar common stock and vests immediately.

My Well-Being
We offer programs that provide protection for our employees and their families, such as health, life and disability. We believe that employee benefits and financial security are a shared responsibility.
Medical, Dental and Vision
We have a comprehensive medical plan for our employees and their families. The company pays the majority of the cost for the medical plan. We also offer vision and dental insurance.
Life Insurance
The company provides term life insurance equal to two times your salary. You can also purchase additional life insurance on yourself as well as life insurance on your dependents.

Our employees are provided with various learning opportunities, and in-house training is available on a variety of subjects. We encourage employees to cross-train and learn how to tackle new jobs within the company, and we support employees who take the time to look at new ways to do their jobs.
Tuition Reimbursement
This valuable benefit enables employees to continue their education and learn new skills. The company will reimburse the cost of tuition, laboratory, and registration fees for satisfactorily completed courses.
My Time
We know its important to have time away from work. We offer paid vacation, based on years of service, up to five weeks. We also observe several holidays during the year (11 in the U.S.).
